Register for the Fall season!

Les Petits Bleus is a francophone soccer club based in Sunnyvale, California.
We welcome everyone. In fact some of our coaches and many of our kids don't speak a word of French.

We currently have 8 recreational soccer teams for boys and girls aged 4 hrough 12.
We have 2 seasons each year: Spring (late march to early June) and Fall (late August to early November).

During the season, our teams practice on the same field on Wednesdays afternoon. On Saturdays, they play games in the SASC leagues.
We are also part of Factor 11, a non-profit organization offering other soccer related activities such as after-school programs and camps.

June 1st -- Fall registration opens for all players It's time to register for next season.
Registrations are now open for all players on a "first come, first served" basis.

We still have openings in the following age groups:
  • U6 Boys and Girls
  • U7 Boys and Girls
  • U12 Boys
Call to Volunteers: We would really like to open a second U6 teams, but we currently don't have any coach for them.
Let us know if you know someone ready to volunteer as a coach, it's much easier thant you think!

June 7th -- Save the date Our traditional end-of-season celebrations will take place on Sunday June 7th around noon at Serra Park in Sunnyvale.
They will include a trophy ceremony, a potluck BBQ, a coaches vs. parent soccer game and for the first time, a jump house!

April 16th -- Practice is moving to Vargas Ellis Field is too crowded on Wednesdays, so we're moving (again!) our practice to:
Vargas Elementary School
1054 Carson Drive, Sunnyvale, CA
This is the field where U6 teams play on Saturday mornings.
It is big enough for our 8 teams and we won't have to share it with any other teams.

We realize that this is the second relocation in two weeks and we apologized for the inconvenience.
This is the first time that we had to change practice location during the course of a season.
We'll do our best to avoid this in the future.

April 8th -- U8 Games moving to Cherry Chase Ellis Field is now longer available due to construction, so U8 games are moving to:
Cherry Chase School

March 2nd, 2009 -- Spring Season Schedule
Wednesdays: Practice
From March 18th to June 3rd For U6, U7 and U8 teams: 5:30-6:30pm
For U10 and U12 teams: 5:30-7:00pm

Saturdays: Games
From March 28th to June 6th
Detailed schedules and locations will be anounced at the end of March

Equipment
At the 1st training the players will receive one Petits Bleus T-shirt each. They should wear it at every practice.
The uniforms for the games (jersey, short and socks) will be given the week before the first games.
Shin guards and soccer cleats are required for all trainings and games.
Please remember to bring plenty of water at practice.
